Our unique gym brings athletes from all different gyms (near and far) to participate in our Spartan Saturday (obstacle challenge and DEKA training) making them weekend pass holders and encouraging higher volumes of drop-ins, especially as these competitive events near. We offer both group fitness and personal training.
