Free Equipment Program. Certain terms and conditions do apply; a) a client must be registered with the franchisor and/or business seller by WeSellGyms, or one of its consultants/brokers as the referring resource of the client. If a client is not considered a referred lead by WeSellGyms, the franchisor and/or seller will not provide the equipment or financial incentives to be shared with the client/buyer, b) some franchised resale locations may not apply where the client is not required to pay an initial franchise fee, c) non-franchised resale locations totally less than $200,000 do not apply. In order to benefit from this program, the client must be registered with the franchisor and/or seller by WeSellGyms as a referred client, and subsequently complete the purchase of a qualifying franchise or resale location.
WeSellGyms reserves the right to choose which type(s) of gym equipment are to be selected and awarded as part of this free program. These items can include but are not limited to: technology packages, sound systems, gym and exercise equipment, flooring, and fitness gear appropriate and beneficial for the facility.
